Alright here I go. I’m going to make today quick because I should technically be sleeping right now, but you know how that goes…I need to get a schedule going for myself!
I am going to do a 5 day REBOOT starting tomorrow, well today rather…
What is a reboot? In two words, its a ‘juicing fast’.
No solids for 5 days.
Why am I doing this? What will this prove?
Well for one, will power. I need to show myself that I am mentally stronger than I think I am. Also, I like to cleanse and detox every once in a while and I figured this would be a great week to do it. I have no serious plans and its too cold outside to be out for more than an hour or two at a time, so why not?
I will do my best to log how I’m feeling everyday. I’ve done 3 days before, but never 5. I’m really excited. Supposedly the first 3 days are the worst and then the last two are rejuvenating and energy boosting in some form or another. So, let’s just say I am looking forward to Thursday. But honestly, I am looking forward to everyday this week.
I am not doing this to torture myself, I am doing it because I want to. It is purely my choice and I love new challenges.
